The above link is not working. My company has changed over to O and I have at least 2 dozen employees that are frustrated with the lack of contrast with the three themes that are offered. It's as if Microsoft took a step back with this one. As much as I am trying to tolerate, I am considering giving up all of the options for the nice, clean Outlook look.

Another example of MS sometimes listening is found in Outlook. The "color schemes" blinding white, off-white, very light gray are horrifically bad UI. It really appears the user interface design responsibilities were handed over to a group of kids.
Maybe it was intentional sabotage by an Apple spy? The UI is designed for a smartphone. The idea is to design for the lowest common denominator so there is a common "user experience", "UX", across all Windows 8 devices. Too bad it is not very smart on a 27 in desktop.
